I started this blog mainly because of my in-laws, who are genuinely interested in learning about Taiwanese culture. When I got married, I began to notice cultural differences that I had never paid attention to before. Many customs and traditions that I had always taken for granted turned out to be quite unique and unfamiliar to people from other backgrounds. This made me realize how much there is to share and explain about the everyday practices that feel so natural to me as a Taiwanese person.
